Get FITTER Challenge
This weeks Get Fitter challenge has been announced in our Funky Friday assembly- it's a yoga pose. The “dancer pose”. It helps work on your balance, flexibility and core strength.
You and your family are to give it a try- it's a lot harder than it looks.
How long can you hold it? How high can you lift your leg? Do it each day to see if you improve.

Alternatively please upload your videos to your child's Class Dojo profiles and then let Coach D know.
Each week Coach D will set a new challenge and the winners will get a ‘Get Fitter’ trophy to keep. Watch this space......
