Get FITTER Challenge- Week 5
This weeks Get Fitter challenge has been announced in Funky Friday- this week’s challenge is the completion of four exercises in a row for 60 seconds each.
Give it a go as a family everyday to build up your energy levels. Guaranteed it will make you feel better.
The 4 exercises are:
1. Spotty Dogs
2. Press ups
3. Mountain climbers
4. Star jumps
60 seconds each.
This is great preparation for our Invictus Athlete visiting the school on Monday 14th October who will be doing these exercises with the children.
