Get FITTER Challenge- Week 8
This weeks Get Fitter challenge has been announced in our Funky Friday assembly- this week’s challenge is the paired partner plank challenge!
The Challenge (if you dare) is:
1. See how many you can do
2. Set a target of time or repetitions and repeat with rest
3. Compete to see who can do it the longest (a great game)
