🏉☀️ Sandown Rugby Festival Fun! ☀️🏉
Sandown took part in the Hastings & Bexhill Rugby Club festival, and we were lucky to have such a sunny day! 🌞
We took 20 children along, 10 boys and 10 girls 👏 The boys and girls played separately, and both groups enjoyed playing 3 games each against different schools🏃♂️🏃♀️
At primary level, rugby is all about participation, teamwork and enjoyment rather than focusing on scores. The aim is for everyone to get involved, build confidence and have fun 😊
We scored lots of great tries 🎉 and showed fantastic teamwork against some very tough opposition 💪
A huge well done to everyone who took part, especially those who have only recently started learning the rules in our after-school club. You should all feel very proud 🌟👏
