A fantastic afternoon at our Yr 3–4 Golfway event! ⛳️
40 children (across 4 teams) proudly represented the school, many for the very first time in a competition, and a number have been honing their skills at our after-school golf club this term. They took on 8 different challenges, from putting to chipping, all aimed at scoring as many points as possible.
Every child showed brilliant effort and sportsmanship, and all were awarded participation medals 👏
We’re especially proud to share that one of our teams finished **1st overall**, winning the tournament! 🏆
Final standings:
2nd – Guestling
3rd – Baird
4th – Westfield
5th – Castledown
A big shoutout to our Yr 5 sports leaders, who were exemplary throughout: supportive, responsible, and a real credit to the school.
