๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿ What an INCREDIBLE day weโ€™ve had celebrating Sir David Attenboroughโ€™s 100th Birthday (Friday 8th May!) ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŒฟ

The whole school came together for a day packed with exciting, nature-inspired learning and WOWโ€ฆ the costumes were AMAZING! ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿฆœ๐Ÿฆ“

Throughout the day, children took part in lots of fun activities linked across the curriculum ๐Ÿ“šโœ๏ธ๐ŸŒŽ:

๐Ÿงช Science investigations about habitats and wildlife
๐Ÿ“– Nature-themed reading and writing activities
๐ŸŽจ Creative artwork inspired by the natural world
โž• Maths and geography linked to animals and conservation
๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ Even our PE lessons were animal-themed with lots of wild movement and jungle energy! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฆ˜๐Ÿ

One of the most special parts of the day was planting seeds together for a new wild garden on the top field ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒธ.

This will help support bees ๐Ÿ and other wildlife, creating a beautiful space for nature to thrive for years to come ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒŽ

A huge well done to all our children for their enthusiasm, creativity, and brilliant participation today, and thank you to families for helping with the fantastic outfits! ๐Ÿ‘โœจ
